The being known as Terminus is a member of a race of engineered lifeforms called the Termini.

They were created by and extraterrestrial race call the Terminex. The had come into conflict with the Celestials and created the Terminus as a means of revenge.

Planted as microorganism the Termini grow into massive powerful robotic planet destroyers.

The first Terminus took shape on an unknown world. It then embarked on its mission to find inhabited planets and extinguish all life on them. The exact number of planets is unknown but could reach one thousand and it included the Zundamite homeworld Zundam. After destroying Arianis Major, Terminus fired a beam at Earth.

After arriving and causing much destruction it was defeated by the fantastic 4.

The creature has returned to Earth several times but has been defeated by the Avengers, Thor, Mole Man, The Silver Surfer and Spiderman in various combined efforts.

Organic metal body: Terminus's outer shell is an organic metal that can resist almost any attack. This metal can repair itself. Once inside, an attacker is besieged by its "immune system," made up of giant insectile organisms.

Terminus can easily withstand extremes of temperature and pressure, from interstellar space to a planet's core. It can also withstand cosmic-level impacts, such as falling from orbit.

Energy Lance: Terminus' energy lance serves as weapon, energy conduit, and transportation. It can fire energy blasts that manifest as concussion and heat. It can generate an "atomic storm" that surrounds Terminus, possibly as a form of shield. It can absorb the energy of an entire planet. It can draw Terminus through space at faster-than-light speeds. It is 240' long and is composed of the same organic metal as Terminus's body, so it is also capable of self-repair.

The Lance is linked to Terminus in some unknown fashion and he can summon it to his person.

The Aakon were an extraterrestrial race from the Milky Way galaxy, that lived on the planet Oorga and were enemies of the Kree.

An Aakon force battled a Kree contingent led by Captain Marvel and Yon-Rogg on the dark side of the Moon. Both sides suffered losses and the Aakon escaped.

Their Intergalactic Council allied with the Shadow Consortium and sought the destruction of all human life due to the perceived universal threat of Earth's population of super-beings.

The species have colonized Nycos Aristedes, using the ship called the Kallis Ateratar until it was destroyed by the Annihilation Wave.

The Builders

The Builders are said to be the universe's oldest race. "Perfect" beings, they created "systems" to control the structure of space and time, and different races to aid them in their mission. There are two types of Builders, the Creators and the Engineers. Cultivating the universe for billions of years, they seeded worlds and directed the evolution of civilizations. Never had they been conquered.

They were created by Captain Universe who saw them as her children. The Builders considered her their mother and used to worship her.

They are advanced, immortal beings. The builders control amazing technologies and armies of robots and engineered races. Alephs, Gardeners, Curators, Abyss and Caretakers.

The Alephs were a species of robotic creatures created by the Builders, their mission is to purge the species which would be unfit in their vision of the universe. An Aleph carries the eggs of a Gardener and an Abyss, whose tasks when they grow up is to create new life.

The Gardeners are creatures created by the Builders to help them shape the universe. The wield the power to control genetics of a vast scale. And creator or destroy as fits their plan.

The Abyss were created to judge the work of the Gardeners.

They scour the Galaxy looking for races that live up to their standards and destroying all the rest. They often send trios of creatures outs as scouts an Alpha a powerful robot a gardener such as ex nilo and in abyss who judges the work of the Gardner. Few worlds meet their criteria and none that fail survive. The builders control amazing technologies and armies of robots and engineered races.

During the events now known as Infinity their attention turned to Earth which Ex Nihilo was to be turn into a sentient creature. Killing all the existing life in the process. AS they travelled to Earth the trio conquered and destroyed a host of worlds unfortunate enough to be in their path. They were opposed by the Avenger and the Galactic Council which included the Kree, Skrull, Kyemllian, Glandorians, and Shiar among many others.

All of the Alephs were destroyed and the last of the Abyss would dies in the battle against the Beyonders.
