The Vision is a "synthezoid," an advanced android, built to replicate the human form using Horton Cells. Horton Cells (H42N2C2O6) are synthetic replicas of human cells using plastic and carbon polymers, they duplicate the structures found in organic human cells. They were created by brilliant scientist Professor Phineas Horton. These cells can be grown in a culture, and are compatible with humans.

He was constructed by Ultron using parts of the original Human Torch which was created by Phineas Horton. He was later modified using brain patterns partially based on those of Wonder Man and then Alex Lipton.

Ultron sent the Vision to lure the Avengers into a trap. But Vision had come to admire the avengers and could not betray them.

The grateful heroes invited Vision to join them, which eagerly did.

As his human emotions began to manifest the Vision fell in love with fellow Avenger, Wanda Maximoff.

They would marry but eventually divorce.

After being severely damaged by Annihilus, the Titan Starfox took him to the computer ISACC for repair. ISAAC repaired Vision but also took control of his brain patterns, in an attempt take over every computer on Earth.

He was stopped by the Avengers and dismantled by SHIELD

Vision would be rebuilt and disassembled many more times over the course of his life.

He was most recently smashed by the Hulk and has not been reassembled as yet.

Powers

the Vision is able to control his density and solidity. By shunting a non-critical portion of his body's molecules away from him, he can become a weightless, transparent, intangible wraith, unable to be touched by solid matter. By accruing extradimensional mass and fortifying his body with it, he can make his body extremely hard and durable to the point where it is immune to most types of damage.

By increasing his density, he can also increase his strength to a maximum of Class 50 Strength.

Using the Solar gem, he can absorb solar energy, project powerful solar beams.

 The beam can be controlled within a temperature range of 500 to 30,000 degrees Fahrenheit. At maximum temperature, the Vision can melt through a 1-inch plate of steel in 5 seconds.

Wanda Maximoff (Earth 616) aka the Scarlet with is a very powerful genetically altered human.

Wanda Maximoff and her twin brother Pietro were born in Eastern European Country of Transia to a woman known as Magda. Their father is unknown.  They were kidnapped by the High Evolutionary, who had established the  Wundagore Mountain facility for genetic experiments.

The mountain had been a portal to banish the demon Chthon, and the birth of the Maximoff twins on the mountain linked them to the demon.

This would be of great concern to Wanda later.

The High Evolutionary gave Wanda and Pietro subhuman abilities and his initial plans were to use the in his order of knights.

After defeats at the hands of Thor and later the hulk, The High Evolutionary decided to relocate his citadel to space.

The Maximoff twins wandered Eastern Europe on their own but were soon taken in by the Maximoff family.

An incident caused neighbors to notice the strange abilities the two possessed. Wanda was nearly killed by an angry mob but was saved by the mutant Magneto.

Believing themselves to be mutants they joined magneto and his brotherhood of mutants. But eventually left and became members of the Avengers.

The brother and sister would bitterly part ways after Wanda met, and fell in love with, the Artificial Lifeform known as the Vision.

Wanda would suffer from bouts of depression and insanity and would use her power to alter reality and for a time to strips all the Earth’s mutants of their powers.

Powers: Manda Maximoff is a very powerful genetically altered human. The demon Chton intended to use her body as a vessel for his power and altered her enhancement to make her a suitable subject.

Wanda's main power is the superhuman ability to manipulate the powerful magic known as Chaos magic which allows her to alter reality and control various forms of mystical energy.

They can manifest her power in a variety of ways from telepathy to telekinesis, time manipulation and transmutation of matter.

She is among the most powerful being in the marvel universe having defeated the demon Dormammu in single combat and the phoenix force with the aide of Hope Summers.

Hyperion was raised on Earth 13,034 by a human as his race fell into decline.  A human named Father raised him under the name of Marcus Milton, teaching him the morals of society. As an adult he became the super hero known as Hyperion, and protected the world along a team of superhumans known as the Squadron Supreme.

His universe was destroyed by the villain known  as Overmind. Hyperion, the only survivor was left floating in the void of nothingness it left.

He was discovered by A.I.M scientist who detected his massive power. They intended to use him as a weapon to take of Earth 616. He was rescued and set free by Captain America, Steve Rogers, and subsequently joined the Avengers.

He assisted the Avengers in their battle against Ex Nihilo, Abyss and Aleph. He later served as an agent of Shield and member of the reborn Squadron Supreme.

Powers

 Hyperion's unique physiology is common among the Eternals. His body collects cosmic radiation and operates in a process similar to nuclear fusion, specifically processing and gaining nourishment from solar photon particles. As a result, he possesses various superhuman attributes.

Super Human Speed  capable of moving faster than lightning, his top speed is beyond mach 4 (3,700 miles per hour) within Earth's atmosphere.

Flight: Hyperion has the ability to levitate himself and fly through the air at tremendous speeds by harnessing and manipulating anti-gravitons. At his peak, he is capable of achieving speeds faster than lightning, over 61 miles per second. Once in space, he is capable of reaching light speed.

Superhuman Stamina and durability  Hyperion can withstand high caliber naval gun fire, falls from tremendous heights, exposure to near absolute temperature (from -455 to 11,000 degrees Fahrenheit without issue) and pressure extremes, powerful energy beams and great impact forces. He has withstood direct blows from the Hulk.[26] He was also able to survive in the void of a destroyed universe.
